Le Parfait Pour Femme is a white floral in the old manner: opulent and unapologetic.
— The opening is luminous: jasmine straight away, with mandarin and neroli. It is rare for a jasmine to appear right in the top notes — most fragrances save it for the heart — and it sets the tone immediately.
— The heart is a trio of powerful white flowers: honeysuckle, lily and tuberose. Tuberose is the most intense flower in perfumery, creamy and almost fleshy; the lily brings greenness and the honeysuckle honey.
— The base is warm and simple: amber, musk and patchouli. Its job is mainly to set the flowers down and make them last.
An evening fragrance, for autumn and winter, for someone who is happy to be noticed. To be honest: white flowers divide opinion — it is a family you either love or find heady, and there is no middle ground. One to two sprays are plenty. A large 200 ml bottle, so it lasts a very long time.

Maleka — “the queen” in Arabic — is the brightest feminine in the Club de Nuit range.
— The opening is unexpected: dragon fruit, mandarin and pink pepper. Dragon fruit is a rare note in perfumery, soft and lightly watery, and it gives a fresh start with no sharpness. It is what makes Maleka different from the usual fruity florals.
— The heart is a classic, well-measured floral trio: rose, jasmine and orange blossom. The orange blossom brings that sunlit, honeyed side that warms the whole thing.
— The base is soft and enveloping: vanilla, musk, cedar and ambergris. It is what makes it last, and what gives it its warm signature at the end of the day.
A daytime fragrance that carries very well into the evening, good all year, easy to give as a gift. Two to three sprays — it is generous without being overwhelming.

Odyssey Dubai Chocolat is Armaf's answer to the pastry everybody has been talking about: the Dubai pistachio-and-kataifi chocolate bar. The house even names kunafa in its composition.
— The opening is frankly gourmand: coffee, pistachio, praline and hazelnut. The pistachio is the note that makes it immediately recognisable — green, fatty, lightly salted — and the coffee keeps it from being sweet from the first second.
— The heart is the dessert itself: chocolate, vanilla and a cardamom that brings in the oriental spice. This is where the fragrance really resembles what its name promises.
— The base carries the pleasure on: amberwood, caramel and tonka bean. Tonka bean adds a facet of almond and cut hay that holds for a long time on the skin.
Frankly unisex. To be honest: it is very gourmand, so anyone looking for something fresh or clean should pass. Two sprays are plenty.
