Ventana is the least expensive reference in the Armaf selection, and it is an honest everyday masculine.
— The opening is a straightforward citrus trio: grapefruit, lemon and mandarin. Clean, crisp, no detours — exactly what you expect from a fresh start.
— The heart is aromatic and already woody: lavender, geranium, patchouli and vetiver. The geranium brings a green, rosy facet that structures the lavender, and the vetiver sets the dryness in place.
— The base is sober: cedar, amber and wood. It lasts without trying to impress.
A daytime fragrance, for spring and summer, made for work and commuting. Let us be frank: this is not a fragrance that stays in people's minds, and it does not claim to be. Club de Nuit Intense Man is the fragrance that built Armaf's reputation, and it remains by far the house's best seller.
— The opening is bright and fruity: pineapple up front, backed by blackcurrant, apple, bergamot and lemon. The pineapple is the whole signature — juicy, lightly tart, impossible to mistake for anything else.
— The heart brings the contrast: birch, jasmine and rose. Birch is a dry, lightly resinous wood that hardens the fruit, and it is that shift from juicy to dry that gives the fragrance its character.
— The base is warm and tenacious: patchouli, musk, vanilla and ambergris. The ambergris is what gives it that warm-skin sensation that lasts for hours.
A daytime and evening fragrance that works all year, and one of the easiest to love there is — the pineapple opening disarms everybody. Worth knowing: this is an eau de toilette, not an eau de parfum, which is why the opening is so sharp. Longevity is excellent all the same. Two sprays — it projects hard.

Urban Man Elixir is the most concentrated and the woodiest version of the Urban Man line.
— The opening is clean and floral: bergamot and pink pepper, with jasmine and orange blossom already present. A well-dressed start, with no surprise effect, announcing a serious fragrance.
— The heart is the richest in the whole Armaf selection: lavender, geranium, saffron, elemi and vetiver. Elemi is a resin with a peppery, lemony scent, and together with the saffron it gives the lavender an oriental turn instead of the classic European fougère.
— The base is dry and powerful: ambroxan, patchouli, amber, cedar and labdanum. Ambroxan is the molecule that gives that impression of salt and warm skin, and it is what carries the fragrance a long way.
An evening and winter fragrance, for someone who wants to be noticed. Projection is strong — two sprays maximum, and not on clothes if you are spending the day in a closed office. This is a compliment-getter, not a discreet fragrance.
